About Our Founder
Our company is owned and run by Chef Stephanie Williams, who has been cooking for more than four years. The name of our company came from her grandfather, who has always wanted her to own a food business.
After she graduated from Johnson & Wales University, she realized she did not want to be like the others. She then decided to pursue her passion for cooking by creating her own style and making unique food combinations.
Stephanie is a Certified Food Safety Manager. In addition, she successfully completed the Responsible Alcohol Service Training and Certification Program, along with the ACFSA Conference ServSafe Allergens Training and Assessment provided by the National Restaurant Association.
